Pool Remodeling Company in Wellington, Florida.

We had a pretty complicated pool and deck remodel, in addition to redoing the driveway, and we were agonizing over how it would turn out.  We interviewed many different pool companies for close to 6 months, but none left us feeling confident.  Most were priced within 10% of each other, but price was never really the primary focus of ours.  We were spending a lot of money no matter which company we chose, so we wanted a company that was going to give us the absolute best final product and experience. After 6 months of interviewing companies, we had essentially given up when a neighbor of ours ran into us and was raving about their pool remodel.  The company that had worked on their pool was Ross Services, and they were absolutely thrilled with the job.  We met with the owner of Ross Services, Greg Povlow, at our home a few days later and for the very first time since this journey had begun, we felt like we had found our guy!  He was completely familiar with all of the things we wanted to do and actually made more than a few excellent suggestions which made a big difference in the final outcome. Greg promised to be here on-site when the construction work began which none of the other companies were willing to commit; this was very important to us as we learned the hard way on previous jobs that you absolutely need a reliable point of contact in the midst of the chaos.  Greg not only delivered on his promise, but he was at my house promptly nearly every morning and afternoon to check in and advise.  It was incredible – more than we ever could have asked for or expected.   Few business owners in this industry would have ever shown us such dedication. After all the agonizing on our part, Greg’s team came in like a hurricane of coordinated bees and in 2 days the job was 99% complete.  And they did a FLAWLESS job – really unbelievable work.  We’d never experienced anything like it before.  The whole process was like a well-oiled machine. Thank you, Greg, for forever changing our home in ways we could never have dreamed.  We will remain forever grateful for what you and your team (especially Milton, the quiet genius) have done for us!

Greg and his team were wonderful. They were responsive, quick, clean, professional and provided high quality work. Greg came by daily to check on the progress of the work. We were updated daily. Amazing customer service. We actually had an issue with our hose when refilling the pool and Greg had a plumber to us immediately. I believe it was a Sunday too! I also can not believe how quickly the work was done. The pool came out more beautiful than I imagined! We used them to add a shelf to the pool and resurfacing. Pics attached! We will be using them for services in the future including a new pool pump and heater! 10/10 recommend Greg and Ross services!!!

Wow...I'm so glad I finally got my pool project underway! When I finally pulled the trigger...Eric from Ross Services was with me the whole way. He came to the house several times and was patient even with last minutes changes in the plans. Thank you! What I also liked was he was more than the salesman...he was also the project manager...he was there during the whole pool refurbishing and new deck I put in.....checking...following up... and always there to fix or keep things on track. One person to follow the project through completion....very nice. Also, the financing through the company was a nice option. I found out they to driveways too. I'll call Eric for that too.
