I had Ross resurface my pool a few years ago and not only did they give me the best price out of several estimates I received but they did excellent work. Everyone was professional and dedicated and they maintained a neat and clean job site. Fast forward to today, when I noticed an issue that needed some TLC and was outside the warranty period, Ross stepped up and handled it for me in the most professional way. Everyone i dealt with from the staff answering the phones to the crew that came out, including the manager Alex and the owner Greg, were top notch, professional and genuinely cared about their work product and made sure I was satisfied the entire way. They even followed up after the work was completed to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend Ross for all your pool related needs!
