Ross Pool Services was a recommendation from 2 of our friends and by far the best decision to go with them. Greg is fantastic and I have never seen a crew work like his! Wow! From taking down a full screen, remove old patio deck, install new beautiful stone, resurfacing the pool to the selection of the tiles.... incredible!

After living in Florida for 20 years, I finally found the contractor who did exactly what they said they would do. Justin and his crew kept their word on every detail of our job. We had our back patio redone as well as our pool. ROSS services went above and beyond to provide us with the best customer service we have experienced since owning our home . They provided us with excellent customer service, they got everything done in the timeframe that they said they would, They exceeded our expectations. The patio and pool look amazing . Their crew worked above and beyond to make our project come out perfect . I would recommend them to anyone that needs patio pool or landscaping work. Justin is a great salesman very knowledgeable always available and most importantly kept his word on everything

I had Ross Services remodel my pool in the summer of 2018. In 2024 some spots started to develop. I called and spoke with a lady by name of Martha about having someone come out to look at it. She assured me someone would call me back. When no one called me back within 3 days, I called back. At time Martha told me it was out of the 5 year warranty. My response was you used Florida Gem which has a 10 year guarantee. She told me to bring it up with them. How about that for customer service? I told her I still wanted someone to come out and see if there was anything that could be done about it. She said sure. Months later no one called because what are they going to tell me "sir, your pool needs to be redone again only 6-1/2 years later ". Now chucks of the plaster are coming off per the attached picture. Because there is a chemistry to pools, I will tell you I have always taken samples to the pool store and kept up with the maintenance. While I initially gave this company a 5 star review because David ask me to, I no longer can recommend them because of their lack of concern and complete disregard to address the issue.

Don’t waste your time and money on another company. Team (with Eric Janoff) is professional and very responsive. Contract signed, work date scheduled, and work completed as promised. That easy. They even did some extra work without increasing the price. As to the final project, it looks great. Pool is being filled and can’t wait to enjoy the hard work they did to complete the job.

One of the worst experience Ive had with a company ever. I had my pool remodeled by this company about two and a half years ago. Let me tell you problems from the start. First problem started at the completion of the pool. They have a process were they handle the chemicals for the first month claiming its important for the pools health. Well i have cameras monitoring my yard and days they said they were coming they were not there. So fast ward a year later my pool developed a soft spot . It took forever just to get them to come out and evaluate the problem. When they came out I asked please check other parts of the pool to make sure this problem is not throughout the pool. I watched through the window as they made repairs. Never once moving to other parts of the pool to test for the same problem. Well coincidentally About a month ago I had a leak to no fault of this company but the pool had to be drained. The repair man stated you need your pool resurfaced do to all these imperfections. So I emailed the company someone emailed me back stating your three year warranty is up . You have 10 year parts warranty but you would be responsible for the labor which would be 3000 dollars. This company wont even come out to evaluate what needs to be done. Its going to cost my double to have this done over but you know what sometimes you just have to cut your loses. So if your looking for reliability accountability take your hard earned money somewhere else.
